My Microbrute crapped out on me this week and I needed to replace it with something to create ambient drone, simple mono-bass, and sundry strange sounds. I took a chance and bought a Skulpt. The build quality is terrible (I am trying to work out a way to gig with it without having to worry about dropping it...or breathing on it too hard) but I find the sounds lush and fantastic for my needs. I was thinking of returning it but I sat down for a couple of hours and found some really remarkable drones and pads. I'm looking forward to integrating it into my tracks.
